FAQ

  • How do I know what size I am?
    We do our best to make sure every item we put on our website has the accurate information for you to make an informed decision on what size to purchase. However, if you buy an item which is not the right fit, we will exhange it for a different size. We do not offer refunds for size exchanges.
  • How do I return an item?
    Items MUST be returned or exchanged via post or in store within 21 days of delivery. ​ If you would like to return or exchange your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to complete our returns form. Our products are valuable to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Refunds will only be provided for items returned and deemed faulty. A store credit will be issued for all other circumstances. ​ Final Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty, full priced and sale items can be returned for store credit. ​ For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings, necklaces or hats. ​ Return Address: 30 Cecilia Street St Helens TAS 7216
  • Where is my order?
    Thank-you for choosing to shop with Maddie and Mee. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped (make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder in case your tracking email is in there). If you are still unable to locate this info, please contact us by email info@maddieandmee.com.au to receive your tracking number. To track your order, please go to auspost.com.au/track or the website of your national postal service.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Click and collect - Within 24hours you will recieve a notification to tell you when your order is ready to be collected. TAS - Allow 2-3 business days VIC, NSW, QLD and ADL - Allow 3-5 business days NT and WA - Allow 4-8 business days We currently do not ship internationally. Please note: Delivery timeframes are an approximate only and do not calculate any unforeseen delays or transit issues.
